Currently at 34 and 35 years old, the sisters took the brave step of sharing their personal battles with obesity with the world, aspiring to shed the weight and embrace life more fully.

Throughout three thrilling seasons, the pair faced off against their internal struggles and addictions. Amy emerged as the more triumphant sibling, forging ahead with her weight-loss journey and eyeing surgical intervention.

While filming, Amy weighed in at approximately 185 kg, managing to lose about 50 of those, whereas Tammy tipped the scales at around 275 kg and has since inched closer to a staggering 300 kg, slipping further in comparison to her sister. Consequently, Tammy’s health took a nosedive, necessitating her transfer to a specialized Ohio rehabilitation facility that focuses on weight management for obese patients.

Currently, Tammy is under the clinic’s careful supervision, tackling her weight issues and combating respiratory ailments triggered by her excess weight. Despite these challenges, Tammy clings to a zest for life, often posting lighthearted videos to her online audience, updating them about her health status and sending out positive vibes.

It was at the clinic that Tammy encountered Caleb Willingham, her now-husband, marking her first foray into a romantic relationship that blossomed outside of the digital realm. Their love story ignited in the very place they met, culminating in Caleb’s heartfelt marriage proposal staged at the hospital.

“The couple finds solace in understanding each other’s similar struggles. They’ve become each other’s pillar of support. Their bond is quite remarkable,” friends of the duo exclaimed.
