Now 24, Andrea has experienced a myriad of cosmetic surgeries. Despite this, she maintains that her lips are her signature feature. She may not have set a Guinness World Record, but she is recognized for possessing the globe’s most substantial lips. Her 27th injection, which she gave herself as a festive gift, further increased their size.

Once the initial swelling subsided, Ivanova revealed the latest developments to her audience. The enhancement is pronounced and might seem extreme to many.

Undeterred by medical warnings about the potential risks of a mouth rupture with further treatments, Andrea is boldly planning her next session.

Apart from her lip augmentations, the Sofia resident has also received facial reshaping, chin implants, and breast enhancements, currently sized at 75E. Still, she’s aiming to replace these with even larger ones in the near future.
